Hummus

1 can of cooked chickpeas (place them in water, peel the outer shell)
2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
2 cloves of garlic
1 tablespoon of organic tahini
1 tablespoon of cumin
2 tablespoons of water
the juice of 1/2 of a lemon
salt
a little bit of cayenne pepper (optional)

Place all in a food processor, process and enjoy!
