Gluten-free Leek Savory Cake (Pirasali Borek)
2 cups of Namaste brand glutenfree flour (binding agent included)
1 tablespoon of baking powder
2 eggs
1/2 cups of coconut milk
1/2 cups of extra virgin olive oil
Salt as desired
Sesame seeds to decorate
Mix everything and bake at 350F for 40-50 minutes. Tastes exactly like Turkish Pirasali Borek.
