Glutenfree Meatballs (Kofte)





2 lb of ground beef
3 eggs
2 onions (turn into a mush in a blender)
2 cups of glutenfree oats
1 cup of chopped parsley
3 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
Salt
Black pepper
Oregano

Mix onions, eggs, olive oil and oats first. Let them sit for 4-5 minutes. Then add everything else. Turn into round flat meatball shapes. Lay them in a baking paper lined container with baking paper in between layers. Grill or cook in a pan. Be careful and gentle as they are pretty delicate when uncooked. They can stay in the fridge for a day or two.
