Veggie Burger




2 cans of black beans, drained and mushed
3 cloves of garlic, pressed
1 cup of cooked quinoah
2 eggs
1/2 cups of oat flour 
Salt
Red pepper 
Black pepper 
Cumin
Oregano
Olive oil (for the pan)

Combine everything. Shape into patties. Fry in a pan with a little olive oil.
