Zucchini Spaghetti
5 tomatoes, peeled and cut in cubes
4 cloves of garlic, pressed
1 cup of kalamata olives
Salt
Oregano
Black pepper
3 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
Cook the tomatoes, olive oil, olives and spices in high heat until soft. Add the zucchini and garlic, close the lid and shut down the heat. Let it sit for 1 minute and serve hot.
