Green Peas/Beans - Zeytinyagli bezelye/fasulye




1 lb (500g) green peas, veins taken out
1 onion, chopped
1 cup of carrots, chopped
1 large potato, cubed
4 garlic cloves, minced
4 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
1 can of tomato sauce 
1 can of diced tomatoes
1.5 cups of water
Salt
Pepper

Put everything in a pot. Boil first in high heat. Then let it simmer in medium to low until cooked. 
Also works with green beans. 
You can prep it overnight, then cook in the morning for lunch.
