Crispy Potatoes

3lbs potatoes, steamed whole

Extra virgin olive oil

Salt

Cumin

Red pepper

Spread the steamed potatoes on a baking tray. Smash them down with the bottom of a water glass. Spread olive oil and spices on top. Bake in 400F oven for 15-20 minutes or until crispy.
