Easy Fennel Soup
1 onion
2 potatoes
Salt, black pepper
2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
Water
Cut everything in large pieces. Place them in a pot and fill 2/3 of the way with water. Let everything boil and cook. Use your hand blender to blend.
