Zucchini Soup with Curry
4-5 large carrots
1 onion
2 potatoes
Curry
Black pepper
Salt
Extra virgin olive oil
Dice everything in large pieces and throw in a pot filled with water. Wait until cooked. Blend with hand blender and enjoy!
