Peanut Coconut Banana
1 banana, cut in circles
2 tablespoons of peanut butter
1 tablespoon of shredded coconut
Place the banana circles on a plate. Add a little peanut butter then shredded coconut on top. Makes a satisfying and delicious breakfast or midday snack.
