Easy butternut squash



3 cups of butternut squash (roasted in 350F oven for 1-2 hours or until soft with salt and extra virgin olive oil)
1 red onion
Red pepper 
Black pepper 
Cumin
Curry
Salt
2 tablespoons of olive oil 

Sauté the onions in medium heat, add the spices and the squash. Mix together to heat. Makes a wonderful side dish.
