Curried Oats
1.5 cups of rolled oats
1.5 cups of oat milk (or any sugar-free plant milk you like)
1 onion
Curry, salt,
Extra virgin olive oil
Kalamata olives
Sauté the onions in olive oil. Add salt and curry. Add the oats and milk. Cover and cook in low heat. Garnish with kalamata olives. A great breakfast alternative!
