Bok Choy Dish




3 baby bok choys
1 tablespoon of minced garlic
1 tablespoon of grated ginger
1 chopped onion
1 chopped celery root
2 cups of cooked chickpeas 
Salt, pepper, avocado oil

Saute the onions and celery root with avocado oil in high heat. Add everything else cover and cook until the bok choys are soft in low heat. Great with white or brown rice.
