Gluten free leek pastry (pirasali borek)




5 leeks, cleaned and chopped 
1 onion, chopped
4 tablespoons of olive oil
Salt

Saute these ingredients in high to medium heat with the lid closed to preserve their water. Put it aside to cool down. 

1 cup of oat flour
2 eggs
1/tablespoon of baking powder 
4 tablespoons of water
Sesame seeds

Mix the rest of the ingredients except sesame seeds by themselves then add to the cooled down veggies. Spread the mixture into a baking sheet lined tray. Sprinkle the sesame seeds. Bake in 400 fahrenheit oven for 20 minutes or until golden.
